Once a month, Canon Mc Kinlay and Karen Mc Loughlin invite the children preparing for their First Holy Communion to meet with Jesus in eucharistic adoration.

The children begin by attending Mass, followed by listening to a story read by Karen, which can be from the Gospels or the lives of the Saints. The children enjoy the informal setting of sitting in the presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. The story then tends to prompt numerous and varied questions from the children which are answered by Canon Mc Kinlay.

The session ends with the Divine Praises being recited and the children receiving a blessing from Jesus himself.
